Our Mission
Our mission is to provide teachers with a survey of the most useful Google Ecosystem apps and to have them practice using them to perform tasks that promote increased engagement and collaboration between students. Through this teachers will develop class-specific documents, media, and other applications for use in their individual classrooms.
The Problem
The problem we are trying to solve is the lack of familiarity with opportunities for collaboration and production available through the Google Ecosystem.
We believe instruction will solve the problem by exposing teachers to the functionality and potential uses of the Google Ecosystem in the classroom. Historically teachers with technological limitations and lack of software could not rely on technology as a viable tool for pervasive use in classroom education, but now with so many free applications available with only an internet connection (which has become almost assumed in American schools), we feel that instructional training will heighten the potential for use by teachers.

The Solution
For a company like Elevate ID, the best way to teach technology is with technology. With all things considered it would be most insightful for our target audience to immerse themselves in a digital world. Along with all of the benefits, there are some pitfalls need to be avoided; as well as some that are unavoidable. These unavoidable issues need to be dealt with care and understanding of the student's needs. Yet, there is a huge upside to using self-paced learning in an online module over any other methodology.
Our company is teaching how we preach it. We are using technology to teach technology to a target audience of adult professionals. Their time is valuable and using the self-paced method would be the easiest and most effective.
